Security Alerts
Alerts notify you of security events detected on your endpoints.
Alert Severity Levels
| Severity | Color | Meaning | Action Required |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Red | Active breach | Immediate |
| High | Orange | Potential threat | Within 1 hour |
| Medium | Yellow | Suspicious activity | Within 4 hours |
| Low | Blue | Informational | Review daily |
Viewing Alerts
All Alerts
Go to Coderyx Guard > Alerts to see:
- All alerts from your endpoints
- Filter by severity, date, endpoint
- Search by keyword
Alert Details
Click an alert to see:
- Full description
- Affected endpoint
- Timestamp
- Recommended actions
Alert Actions
1. Create Case
Convert an alert to a security case for tracking and response.
2. Investigate
Use threat hunting to dig deeper into the alert.
3. Dismiss
Mark false positives (with note).
4. Mute
Silence similar alerts temporarily.
Auto-Refresh
Alerts auto-refresh every 30 seconds. Click "Refresh" for immediate update.
Response Workflow
- Review - Read alert details
- Assess - Determine severity and impact
- Respond - Take action (isolate, remediate)
- Document - Create case for tracking
- Resolve - Mark as handled
