Managing Endpoints

Endpoints are the devices (computers, servers, mobile devices) monitored by Coderyx Guard.

Viewing Endpoints

Go to Coderyx Guard > Endpoints to see:

• Total endpoints
• Online/Offline status
• Risk level
• Last seen

Endpoint Details

Click an endpoint to see:

• System information
• Installed software
• Running processes
• Recent alerts
• File integrity status

Registering Endpoints

For New Agents

1. Go to Coderyx Guard > Install Agent
2. Select your operating system
3. Download the installer
4. Run the installer
5. Enter your registration key

Registration Key

The registration key links agents to your organization. It's displayed on the Install Agent page.

Agent Actions

Restart Agent

Required after configuration changes.

Stop Agent

Use cautiously - stops all monitoring.

Delete Agent

Removes the agent from monitoring. Use when decommissioning a device.

Troubleshooting

Agent Not Appearing

1. Check if agent is running
2. Verify network connectivity
3. Check registration key
4. Review agent logs

Offline Endpoint

1. Check device is powered on
2. Verify network connection
3. Restart the agent
4. Check firewall settings
